正常参考范围内不同TSH水平对IVF/ICSI助孕结局的影响被引量：2

摘要目的探讨不孕症患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)/卵细胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)过程中,正常参考范围不同水平促甲状腺激素(TSH)对治疗结局的影响。方法回顾性分析我中心行IVF/ICSI周期的甲状腺功能正常患者985例临床资料,根据TSH水平分为两区间即≤2.5IU/ml(578例)和>2.5IU/ml(407例)。分析其临床结局。结果两区间患者基本情况相对一致,其获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎数、临床妊娠率、种植率等比较的差异均无统计学意义;但TSH与早期流产呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论正常参考范围TSH水平对助孕结局无影响,但TSH高区间患者流产率可能上升,需予密切关注。
