水性三防漆在电子线路板防腐领域中的应用

Application of water-based conformal coating in PCBA anti-corrosion protection

电子电气产品的质量可靠性要求越来越高,三防漆在线路板集成电路保护上的应用已必不可少。对水性三防漆的性能特点及其在线路板防腐领域中的应用进行了阐述,并综述了水性聚氨酯三防漆的特点和各项性能。

The reliability requirments of electronic and electrical prodncts are getting higher and higher, so that the application of the cnnformal coatings becomes essential to the PCBA protection.This paper mainly introduced the performance feature of water-based conformal coatings, especially the waterborne polyurethane coatings, and their application in PCBA anti-corrosion protection.
