Research on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Development Driven by Innovation

中国中小企业可持续发展面临着方向、技术、资金、管理、人才等多项短板,如何扬长补短对于中国中小企业经营至关重要。本文基于中国新常态经济变化特点,从供给侧角度,对中国中小企业发展的自身障碍及比较优势进行分析,提出以市场导向、创新驱动来引领中小企业不断发展的想法。

Small and medium - sized enterprises are faced with weaknesses of management, technology, capital and talents, so it＇ s most important to bring out their strengths to make up for their weaknesses. On the basis of the new economic characteristics un- der the New Normal, and from the supply - side perspective, this paper analyzes the obstacles and comparative advantages, and propo- ses ideas of market - oriented and innovation - driven sustainable development of small and medium - sized enterprises.
