摘要 采用NY/T761—2008中蔬菜农药残留检测的前处理方法,对结球甘蓝和香菇2种常见蔬菜基质样品进行加标,通过气相色谱仪考察在相同添加浓度的条件下,农药残留的回收率差异;通过添加不同浓度,比较2种样品在不同加标浓度下的回收率。结果表明,在采用NY/T761—2008中样品前处理方法时,10种参数在不同基质中都有理想的回收率,能达到理想的检测效果。通过分析不同参数添加到不同基质中的回收率,发现基质效应对农残检测中农药残留的回收率有一定影响。其中,有机磷参数的回收率受基质影响较大,有机氯参数则不明显,这对实际检测有一定的指导意义。 In this paper,NY/T761-2008 was used as a vegetables pretreatment method in pesticide residues detection, two kinds of common vegetable substrate samples of cabbage and mushrooms were spiked.The gas chromatograph was used to investigate the difference in the recovery of pesticide residues under the same concentration.The results showed that when using NY/T761-2008 as a sample pretreatment method, 10 parameters in different substrates had an ideal recovery rate.The experiment could achieve the desired detection results.By analyzing the recovery rates of different parameters added to different substrates,it was found that the matrix effect had a certain effect on the recovery rate of pesticides.ln this experiment,it was found that the recovery rate of organophosphorus parameters had a greater influence on the substrate ,and the organoehlorine parameters were not obvious, which had certain guiding significance for the actual detection.
