我国盐地碱蓬的研究现状及展望

盐地碱蓬 (Suaede salsa (L.) Pall.) 是典型的盐生植物,在我国广泛分布,并具有较高的产量。盐地碱蓬营养丰富,保健价值高,是良好的食物来源,其耐盐性对我国盐碱地土壤具有一定的修复能力,开发和利用盐地碱蓬资源具有巨大的生态、社会和经济价值。对盐地碱蓬的营养价值、工艺应用、抗盐性及生态学意义等方面进行了综述,并对盐地碱蓬未来的发展方向提出了建议与展望。

Suaeda salsa （L.） Pall. is a typical halophyte, it is widely distributed in China and has a high yield. It is an out-standing sources of food which has rich nutrient components and high health care value, the salt tolerance of Suaeda salsa （L.） Pall. has a certain degree of the restoration capacity on saline - alkali land soil, developing and utilizing the Suaede salsa resources has great ecological, social and economic value. The nutritive value and the process application and the salt resis tance and the ecological significance of Suaeda salsa （L.） Pall. are summarized. And future development direction of Suaeda salsa are suggested and expected.
