摘要 面向国际化的食品营养与健康创新型人才的培养是目前高校教育中的一个热点,这是当前社会需求和培养模式所导致的必然结果。针对目前食品营养与健康人才培养针对性弱、培养模式单一和应用性弱的现状,S高校在食品营养与健康人才培养方面进行了一系列尝试。通过了解社会需求、优化课程设置、选拔潜力人才、优化教学方式和内容、提供实践和国际交流机会、为学生提供科研平台等方面的尝试,S高校在培养创新型、应用型和国际化人才等方面取得了一定的效果,为新型食品营养与健康人才的培养提供了一定参考。 Training of internationalization and innovative talents in food nutrition and health specialty is a hotspot in higher ed-ucation. It is the inevitable result of current social needs and training has models. According to the problem of pertinence, training mode and training in food nutrition and health talents training, S university has made a series of attempts. And they achieved some results in innovative, applied, and international training mode of food nutrition and health by studying social needs, optimizing curriculum, selecting potential talents, optimizing teaching methods and contents, providing international communication opportunities and scientific research platform, which provides a reference for the new talents training in food nutrition and health specialty.
