摘要
军校实验室是军校从事实践性教学和实战化训练的重要场所,是军校学科专业建设与发展的条件基础,是学员岗位任职能力培养的主要依托,其管理的规范与否,直接关系到学科专业建设水平和人才培养质量。依据新时期军校的使命任务和实战化人才培养需求,实验室管理工作规范化可从实验室建设、仪器设备使用管理、实验教学管理和实验室管理人才激励四个方面进行研究,建立一套管理规范、贴近实战、富有生机、优质高效的军校实验室管理机制。
The laboratory of military academy is an important place for military academy to engage in practical teaching and practical training. It is the basis of the construction and development of disciplines in military academy. It is the main basis for the training of students' post ability. Its management is directly related to professional construction level and the quality of personnel training. According to the mission of the military academy in the new period and the need of training practical talents, the standardization of laboratory management can be studied from four aspects: laboratory construction, instrument and equipment management, experimental teaching management and laboratory management talent encouragement, and a set of standard and effective laboratory management mechanism is established.
