分析了我国综合管廊在建设决策、投资模式和费用分摊上存在的主要问题。分析了综合管廊投资模式,提出了投资政策及其关键参数。按照"谁受益谁承担"的原则给出了综合管廊建设费用和维护费用分摊的计算公式。

This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of decision-making, investment mode and cost sharing on the utility tunnel in China, analyzes the comprehensive utility tunnel investment model, and puts forward the investment policy and its key parameters. In accordance with the principle of ＂who benefits, who undertakes＂, the formula of construction cost and maintenance cost allocation is deduced.
