Strategic Priorities and Countermeasures for Developing Green Economy in Guangxi

广西发展绿色经济取得重大成效。但广西发展绿色经济仍然存在不少问题。针对存在的问题,提出发展绿色经济重点目标和重点战略:生态产业化;产业生态化;发展循环经济;实施科技创新;加快"互联网+"和智慧化发展。采取有针对性的对策措施:强化科技创新与人才培养,提升技术支撑能力;多渠道筹集发展资金,加大资金支持力度;建立健全生态保护市场体系,推进生态建设环境治理市场化;建立健全考评机制,强化发展绿色经济的主体责任;提高绿色认识,树立绿色理念。

The development of green economy in Guangxi has made great achievements. But there are still many problems in the development of green economy in Guangxi. In view of the existing problems, put forward the key target and strategy in the development of green economy： ecological industry; industrial ecology; circular economy; scientific and technological innovation; to speed up the ＂Internet＋＂ and intelligence development. Take effective measures： to strengthen the scientific and technological innovation and the training of talents,enhance technical support ability; to find channels to raise funds for development, increase financial support; to establish a sound market system to promote marketization for ecological construction and environmental governance; to establish and improve the evaluation mechanism, strengthen the main responsibility for the development of green economy; to improve green awareness, establish the concept of green.
