摘要 研究了齿轮阶次密度对变速器噪音品质影响程度,在此基础上,结合阶次密度与转速、频率、阶次之间的函数关系,建立了阶次密度求解数学模型。结合实例,对变速器噪音性能进行数值计算与试验分析,对比表明所建模型的有效性,分析了优化齿轮阶次密度前后变速器噪音性能的变化,进一步揭示出优化齿轮阶次密度的深远意义,为研究和提升变速器整体NVH性能提供了重要的理论依据。 The influence degree of gear order density working upon transmission noise is researched, and combining functional relation among rotating speed, order and frequency, order density mathematical model is established. Referencing the prototype, the noise performance of transmission is calculated and tested. Contrasted with analysis results, the effectivity of model is verified. The change of transmission noise performance caused by optimization of gear order density is analyzed. The profound significance of optimization of gear order density is further revealed. The fundamental theory basis of researching and improving whole NVH performance of transmission is provided.
