摘要
在当前产业结构调整与转型升级过程中,为了提高高职学生的就业力,在主观因素方面应当树立正确的观念、掌握良好的求职技巧、认真学习专业知识提高专业素养、注重积累、合理的制定目标;在客观因素方面应当采用积极的手段和行动,减弱不利的影响,最终提高就业力。
In process of the current industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading, in order to improve higher vocational students' employment ability, in the subjective factors it should establish a correct concept, grasp good job skills, learn professional knowledge seriously and improve the professional quality, pay attention to the accumulation, reasonably set goals; in objective factors, should adopt positive means and action to weaken the adverse effects, and ultimately improve the employability.
