The quality and ability of the managerial cadres in the building of a harmonious campus, and promoting the sustainable development of colleges and universities is a very important part, and the training of managerial cadres at all levels is the most effective way to improve their quality and ability. From the perspective of the project management applied the cadre training of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes how to construct the project management mode of university cadres training.
