工程量清单是建设市场发展的客观方向,它主要体现在工程施工招标人在招标文件中自主报价的计价。工程量清单计价就是根据工程量清单和所列项目的综合单价进行整合后,得出的工程预算的数据,此时将此工程预算的数据作为工程投标人的投标数据,就得到了工程量清单报价。本文主要探讨工程量清单报价应用中的一些问题。

The bill of quantities is the objective direction of the construction market development and it is mainly reflected in the bid price of the bidder in the bidding documents. The bill of quantities is the project budget data obtained after the integration of the bill of quantities and the total price of the items listed, and the project budget data is taken as the project bidder＇s bid data. This paper mainly discusses some problems in the application of quotation of bill of quantities.
