我国中小企业融资困难,融资渠道狭窄、成本高、期限短及融资差异性大,日本在解决中小企业融资难问题上取得了一定成效,文章通过分析日本中小企业融资模式,为我国中小企业融资提供可借鉴经验。

The financing of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprise is difficult due to narrow financing channels, high cost, short duration and big financing differences. Japan has made some achievements in solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper analyzes the financing mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan to provide experience for financing of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprise.
