基于城乡互动视角的西部省域新型城镇化路径探析

The Analysis of the Path of Western Province New Type Urbanization Based on Urban-rural Interacyion

城镇化是伴随社会经济发展、产业结构调整和人口向城镇地带集中的自然历史过程。它不仅要求城镇数目的增多或是城镇人口规模的扩大,而更加注重产业结构的优化升级和经济的可持续发展。目前,西部地区城镇化发展也受到了国家的重视,并享受国家推进新型城镇化建设所带来的便利。发展路径选择是城镇化建设的重中之重,而东部和中部地区在城镇化的道路上取得了不小的成就,但同时也暴露出相应的问题,所以西部地区在借鉴我国东部和中部城镇化经验的基础上,需要探索出现阶段适合自身的新型城镇化路径。在阐述我国西部省域城镇化发展基本现状的基础上,结合在甘肃省实现城乡一体化发展路径的调研,对我国西部省域实现城乡一体化发展提出政策性建议。

New type urbanization is the requirement of urbanization in the new era and the key step of completing the historical task of China＇s modernization construction is not blindly pursuing the increase of the number of towns or the enlargement of the urban population size,but paying more attention to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the sustainable development of economy,which has important strategic significance for the development of our country＇s urban and rural areas.At present,the development of urbanization in the western region has also received the attention of the state,and enjoys the convenience brought by the state to promote the construction of new towns.The development path choice is the most important of the urbanization construction,and on the basis of the experience of the east and the middle part of our country,the western region has explored the new urbanization path suitable for itself.This paper is on the basis of expounding the basic status of urbanization development in the western province of China,puts forward some policy suggestions on realizing the integration of urban and rural areas in the western province of China.
