浅谈“互联网+”思维下的企业管理创新

创新既是企业践行可持续发展观的活水源泉,也是企业增强软实力、提升竞争力的重要举措。而"互联网+"时代给企业带来了思维上的变化,这种变化要求企业不断进行管理创新。文章分析当前企业传统管理中的滞后、固化等问题,提出多方面运用"互联网+"思维进行企业管理创新的策略。

Innovation is not only a source of living water for enterprises to implement the concept of sustainable development,but also an important measure to enhance the enterprise＇s soft power and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The＂internet＋＂era to the enterprise has brought changes in thinking,this change requires enterprises to continue to manage innovation.This paper analyzes the problems of lagging and curing in the traditional management of enterprises,and puts forward the strategy of using＂internet＋＂thinking to innovate enterprise management.
