聚天冬氨酸/2-噻吩甲胺接枝共聚物的制备及阻垢缓蚀性能 被引量:15

摘要 以马来酸酐、尿素和2-噻吩甲胺为原料,合成了聚天冬氨酸/2-噻吩甲胺接枝共聚物(PASP/2-TPMA).利用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)表征了该共聚物的化学结构,并利用静态测试法、旋转挂片法等研究了其作为工业冷却循环水处理药剂的阻垢和缓蚀性能.研究表明:在浓度为1 mg/L时,PASP/2-TPMA阻CaCO_3垢率可达到100%;浓度为3 mg/L时阻CaSO_4垢率可达100%;在浓度为20 mg/L时,阻Ca_3(PO_4)_2垢率达到65%.在缓蚀性能方面,在浓度为16 mg/L时,PASP/2-TPMA的缓蚀率可达36%左右.在相同测试条件下,PASP/2-TPMA的阻垢和缓蚀性能均优于PASP. An environmentally friendly inhibitor,polyaspartic acid/2-thiophenemethylamine graft copolymer(PASP/2-TPMA) was synthesized using urea,maleicanhydride and 2-thiophenemethylamine as precursors.The chemical structure of as-synthesized products was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR),and their performances of scale and corrosion inhibitions were investigated by means of static experiment and weight loss method.Compared with the standard/control test,PASP/2-TPMA displayed improved scale and corrosion inhibition properties than those of PASP.The scale inhibition efficiency against CaCO_3 and CaSO_4 can approach to 100% at dosages of 1 and 3mg/L respectively,and the scale inhibition efficiency for Ca_3(PO_4)2 maintains 65% at 20 mg/L.Moreover,the corrosion inhibition performance of PASP/2-TPMA was about 36% at 16 mg/L.In the same test conditions,the anti-scaling and corrosion inhibition performances of PASP/2-TPMA are better than that of PASP.
