摘要
基于沉淀法和水热法合成了具有棒状、针状和球形形貌的ZnO作为吸附脱硫剂应用于硫化氢气体的脱除反应中,采用XRD、SEM和N_2-吸脱附仪进行了表征.吸附脱硫实验结果表明:不同形貌的ZnO吸附脱硫性能不同,经老化4 h制备的棒状ZnO材料表面由纳米片构成,结晶度较高,比表面积大,吸附脱除H2S性能最好.
The different topography ZnO,including rhabdo-,spherical-and pin shape,were prepared through the methods of precipitation and the hydrothermal synthesis,and were used to desorption H_2S in adsorption desulfurization reaction.The adsorption desulfurization was characterization by XRD,SEM and N_2ad/desorption.The results suggested that the adsorption desulfurization ability prepared by different methods was different.The adsorption desulfurization ability of rhabdo-ZnO(4 h) is the best because of its large specific surface area,high crystallinity and composed of nano-sheet.
