The paper introduces the research on the earthquake vulnerability at home and abroad,researches the structural vulnerable analysis from the principle,methods,and analyzing procedure for the structure vulnerability based on the its necessity,and points out the research is meaningful for the evaluation of the structural seismic safety and the structural seismic design.
