根据区划图的技术思路,利用Matlab统计工具箱编写了地震带活动性参数计算程序,指出该程序可以根据最新地震目录计算b值和v4,为重大工程地震安全性评价和地震风险评估提供技术支撑。
According to technical concept of the block plan,the paper compiles seismic belt activity parameter calculation program by applying Matlab statistical toolkit,and points out that： the above-mentioned program can provide technical support for large engineering earthquake security assessment and seismic risk evaluation according to current seismic catalogue calculated b value and v4.
