保湿自养护型混凝土透水模板内衬的性能研究

Performance study of maintaining-humidity and self-curing controlled permeability formwork

通过混凝土渗透性试验和湿度检测,研究了新型模板内衬材料对混凝土进行"保湿养护"的作用,试验结果表明"保湿自养护型"透水模板内衬不但为混凝土表层提供了一个"湿养护环境",同时能提高混凝土表层的抗渗透性能。

The research though the air permeability test,the initial surface absorption of concrete test to analyze the avail of developing concrete surface anti-permeability which by controlled permeability formwork in different curing condition,the testing result indicate that maintaining-humidity and self-curing controlled permeability formwork,it not only for the concrete surface layer provides a＂wet curing environment＂,and can improve the permeability resistance of concrete surface layer.
