谈柠檬酸渣100%替代石膏用于水泥粉磨的实践

Discussion on the practice of citric acid slag 100% replacing gypsum for cement grinding

针对天然石膏供应紧张问题,开展了系列柠檬酸渣代替天然石膏、脱硫石膏的试验,从最初的10%,50%替代到目前的100%替代,并经过了工艺调整、关键设备调整诸多技改等工作,解决了使用柠檬酸渣给粉磨工艺和设备工艺带来的诸多问题,打破了脱硫石膏无法100%代替天然石膏的瓶颈。

According to the shortages of natural gypsum,this paper developed the test of citric acid slag instead of natural gypsum,desulfurization gypsum,from the initial 10%,50% replacing to current 100% replacing,through the process adjustment,key equipment adjustment and other many technologies innovation,solved the problems brought by using citric acid slag grinding process and equipment process,break the bottleneck of desulfurization gypsum could not 100% instead of natural gypsum.
