Discussion on the existing problems and countermeasures in building engineering cost management

分析了建筑工程造价管理中存在的问题,从注重对前期管理工作的完善、实行工程造价管理全程监控、加强对造价控制体系的完善等方面,阐述了针对性的解决对策,从而保证工程质量,实现建筑企业的利益最大化。

This paper analyzed the existing problems in building engineering cost management,from focus on improvement of early management work,implement of engineering cost management whole process monitoring,strengthening the cost control system improvement,elaborated some targeted countermeasures,so as to ensure the engineering quality,to maximize the benefits of building enterprises.
