摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,电力用户对供电质量的要求也越来越高。配电网供电可靠性是直接反映供电质量的技术指标,因此,提高配电网供电可靠性已刻不容缓。以县域电网为依托,定量分析县域电网影响供电可靠性的因素,并针对这些因素提出了相应的解决措施。
With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people’s standard of living, the demand of power-users for power supply quality is increasingly higher. Power supply reliability of distribution network is the technical index reflecting the quality of power supply quality. Therefore, improving the power supply reliability of distribution network is becoming an urgent issue in today’s power system development. Take the county-level distribution network for an example, the paper has quantitatively analyzed the influencing factors of power supply reliability of county distribution network and proposed appropriate solutions correspondingly.
