摘要
为降低机组厂用电、节约投资成本,对某350 MW超临界循环流化床发电机组进行单台高压流化风机运行调整试验,并分析了该运行方式的可行性及效果。试验结果表明,单台高压流化风机能够满足机组全负荷段的运行要求;与2台运行比较,节电效果明显。在后续基建相关类型机组时,设计阶段应重新考虑高压流化风机的出力及配置,避免投资浪费和增加运行成本。
In order to reduce the power consumption of the unit to save cost, a single high pressure fluidized fan operation adjustment test was carried out for a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed generator unit, and the feasibility and effect of the operation mode were analyzed. The experimental results show that a single high pressure fluidizing fan can meet the requirements of the unit operating with whole load. Compared with two fans in operation, the energy-saving effect is obvious. When establishing similar units thereafter, the output and configuration of high pressure fluidizing fan should be reconsidered during design stage to avoid excessive investment.
