摘要
阐述了湿式氨法脱硫工艺的原理、工艺、设备及其在大型火电机组上的应用实践,对其运行过程中出现的加氨振动、设备腐蚀、气溶胶现象等问题进行了详细的描述,并提出了工程建设及运行过程中应重视的问题。
The principle, processes and the equipment that are used in wet ammonia desulphurization are illustrated in this paper,and the application practice of this technique in coal-fired power units are introduced. Some abnormal phenomenon including vibration,corrosion and aerosols formation etc. are described in detail, and the issues that should be paid attention to in construction and operation are put forward.
