2017年阜新市旱灾情况调查报告

摘要 2017年阜新市连续100多天无有效降水,遭遇了66年一遇的特大干旱,春耕生产形势异常严峻。通过对1980~2016年降雨量数据分析和实地走访调研发现,阜新地区"十年九春旱",旱灾经常发生,是区域农业生产的常态;不同的播种时间、不同播种方式、不同的整地方式等旱作农业技术能够有效减少旱灾损失。采用先进实用的旱作技术,完全有可能达到苗全、苗壮的效果。随着全省降雨的到来,对于已经出苗的地块应注意田间杂草的管理、适当铲趟、增施叶面肥等;未播种或毁种的地块应及时调整种植结构,种植生育期在100 d以内的作物,推荐采用"鲜食作物—牧草—杂粮"的应对措施,力争最大程度降低旱灾损失。 Fuxin city more than 100 consecutive days without effective precipitation in 2017,suffered the worst droughts in 66 years,spring production situation is very serious. In this article,through analyzing the rainfall data in 1980 - 2016 and field visit,the survey found " 10 years of nine spring drought" Fuxin region,drought often happens,is the norm of regional agricultural production. Different sowing time,different ways of planting,soil preparation in different ways,such as dry land farming technique and experience can effectively reduce the loss of the drought. Adopting advanced practical dry technology is entirely possible to achieve the effect of crops more and healthy. With the advent of the province's rainfall,for emergence of weeds in the field of management should be paid attention to,appropriate shovel,increases the foliar fertilizer,promote root seedling. Did not sow or destroy a plot should timely adjust the planting structure,the planting of crops growth period within 100 days of the " fresh food crops,forage,grain" is recommended for the measures,to reducing drought loss to the greatest extent. In this paper,in order to offer reference to prepare based on dry land agriculture production.
