摘要
我国是花生种植与生产大国。然而,近年来我国花生进口量急剧增加,且国内适用于加工的专用品种较少,深加工能力弱,且小规模加工企业在国内占率高。针对上述的花生产业现状,提出了加强对边贸地区花生进口的监管力度,加大基础设施投入和科技投入,积极推进企业的品牌化建设等发展建议。
China is a big country of peanut cultivation and production. However,the import of peanuts in China has increased sharply in recent years. There are fewer special varieties suitable for processing in China,and the deep processing ability is weak. Meanwhile,the small-scale processing enterprises have a high domestic percentage. According to current situation of the peanut industry,authorput forward the development countermeasures and suggestion.
