槐耳颗粒对乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

Efficacy of Huaier granule on immune function and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after operation and chemotherapy

目的:探讨槐耳颗粒对乳腺癌术后化疗患者外周血细胞免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将90例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组行"FEC"(环磷酰胺0.6 g·m^(-2),d1;表柔比星100 mg·m^(-2),d1;氟尿嘧啶0.6 g·m^(-2),d1)方案化疗,同时给予槐耳颗粒口服,20 g·次-1,3次·d^(-1),连续服用2个月;对照组单纯行"FEC"方案化疗。2周期后对患者生活质量、临床症状及免疫功能进行评价。结果:两组患者治疗前外周血NK细胞、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值差异无统计学意义;2周期后治疗组各项免疫指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善中医症候群和提高生活质量评分中,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐耳颗粒能提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的免疫功能,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective： To study the effect of Huaier Granule on immune function and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after operation and chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 90 patients were confirmed by pathology examination after operation for breast cancer,and were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group receiving chemotherapy of FEC scheme（ 0. 6 g·m-2cyclophosphamide,intravenous injection,d1; 100 mg·m-2epirubicin,intravenous drip,d1; 0. 6 g·m-25-fluorouracil,intravenous drip,dl）,and oral Huaier Granule（ 20 g each time,3 times·d-1,21 days for a cycle）,control group was only given chemotherapy of FEC scheme. Peripheral NK cells,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋ratio were determined before and after the chemotherapy. The quality of life,clinical efficacy and immune function were compared between the two groups after 2 cycles. Results： There were no statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05） between the treatment group and the control group in peripheral NK cells,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋ratio. After the treatment for 2 weeks,NK cells,CD3＋,CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋ratio of the patients were higher in the treatment group than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of improving TCM symptom and the quality of life scores,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huaier Granule can enhance the immunity,improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. Therefore,it is worthy of further clinical research.
