摘要 根据联合作战能力评估的需求特点以及联合作战体系(SoS)能力整体涌现和结构动态演化等复杂性特征,提出了基于体系仿真实验的联合作战能力评估技术,阐述了体系仿真实验逻辑架构、体系动态模型构建、体系能力综合评估和体系仿真实验支撑平台4个方面的内容及关键技术,为联合作战能力评估方法创新提供了有益借鉴。 According to the requirement characteristics of joint operation capability assessment and the complexity characteristics of the joint operation system of systems (SoS), including whole emergence of capabilities and dynamic evolution of structures, a joint operation capability assessment technology based on simulation experiments for the SoS is presented. Four aspects of contents and key technologies of the simulation experiments for the SoS, including the logical ar-chitecture, dynamic model establishment, capability comprehensive assessment and the support platform are illustrated. The technology provides an instructive reference for innovation of the joint operation capability assessment.
