科教协同,服务需求的“双导师制”的构建与实践

介绍了"双导师制"的产生、内涵和意义,结合江苏师范大学服务国家甘薯产业技术体系博士人才培养"双导师制"的构建与实施过程,论述了如何建立"双导师制"评价和管理制度及对博士人才培养的导师模式进行改革创新,为我国高等教育创新人才培养做出了积极的探索.

The connotation and significance of ＂double tutorior system＂ are introduced in this paper,the construction and implementation process of the Dr.sweetpotato industry technology system of national service personnel of Jiangsu Normal University training ＂double tutorior system＂ are combined with it,then how to set up the evaluation and management system of ＂double tutor system＂ and the reform and innovation of talent training mode of tutor Dr.are expounded.All of these may make a positive exploration in the cultivation of innovative talents of higher education in China.
