摘要
采用沉淀-浸渍法,制备了固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/Ti O2催化剂,并利用均匀设计,确定了催化剂制备的最优工艺条件。在该条件下进行了两组平行实验,并对制备的催化剂进行了晶相结构(XRD)、形貌(SEM)、酸强度(NH3-TPD)、比表面积(BET)等性质系列表征。结果表明,催化剂具有锐钛矿结构,结晶完全。颗粒直径在6μm^20μm,大小不均匀,但分散性较好。比表面积能够达到230.8 m2/g,同时具有强酸和弱酸中心,弱酸酸量较大。
SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2 solid superacid catalyst was prepared by precipitation-impregnation method, using uniform design to get the best optimum conditions. Crystalline phase(XRD),morphology(SEM), acid strength(NH_3-TPD) and specific surface area(BET) were characterized which were prepared under the optimum conditions. The results show that the catalyst has anatase structure and the crystal is complete.Particle diameter is 6 μm^20 μm unevenly,but the dispersion is better. Specific surface area is 230.8 m^2/g, at the same time with strong acid and weak acid center, but more weak acid centers.
