中油国际(乍得)有限责任公司为了处理油田垃圾,满足乍得日益严格的环保要求,建设了垃圾焚烧炉。经过分析和论证,垃圾焚烧炉采用国标标准,工艺流程优化为满足国标规范的最短流程,主要工艺单元包括污泥晾晒储存及运送、回转炉及二燃室、尾气净化及除尘系统、其他辅助系统和自动化控制系统,实现了旋转窑炉内负压自动控制调节、急冷中和塔溶液流量自动调节、二燃室出口温度控制、二次风量控制、二次室防爆。做为中石油海外项目自营建设的首个垃圾焚烧设施,装置各项指标完全满足设计要求,解决了项目公司垃圾处理的问题,满足了乍得政府环保要求,同时也为海外同类项目积累了经验。
CNPCIC built the rubbish incinerator to treat oilfield waste in order to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements in Chad. After investigation and discussion, the rubbish incinerator was built by Chinese standards, and the process was optimized. The main processes included sludge drying, sludge storage and transportation, rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber, gas clean-up and dust removal system, other auxiliary system and automation control system. The rubbish incinerator can automatically control the negative pressure inside the burner of rotary kiln, flow of quench deacidification tower, outlet temperature of the secondary combustion chamber, secondary air flow and explosion proof of the secondary combustion. As the first rubbish incineration facility of Petro China's overseas projects, the facility can fully meet the design requirements, resolve the problem of rubbish disposal, meet the requirements of environmental protection of the government of Chad, and accumulate experiences for similar projects abroad.
