摘要 目前,重晶石的分析方法是以容量法、重量法、火焰原子吸收法、比色法等传统的化学分析方法为主,测定过程冗长,操作步骤繁琐,费时费力。而ICP-OES的分析技术已经特别成熟,这种方法具有稳定、高效、准确度高、精密度好、线性范围广等优点。采用ICP-OES法测定重晶石中的钡、锶、氧化钙、氧化镁、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钾、氧化钠:试料用无水碳酸钠、草酸、硝酸钾混合溶剂分解,水提取,过滤。沉淀用热盐酸溶解后,用ICP-OES测定各元素的含量,经标准物质准确度验证,获得满意结果。 At present, the analytical method of barite is mainly based on the traditional chemical analysis methods, such as the volumetric method, flame atomic absorption spectroscopy method, colorimetric method and so on.These methods have many disadvantages, such as long determining process, tedious procedures, time-consuming and so on.But ICP-OES analytical technique is particularly mature, this method is stable and efficient, has advantages of high accuracy and good precision. In this article, ICP-OES method was used to measure barium,storontium,calcium oxide,magnesium oxide,aluminium oxide,ferric oxide,potassium oxide,sodium oxide in the barite.The sample was decomposed by using mixed solvent of anhydrous sodium carbonate,oxalic acid and potassium nitrate.And then it was extracted by water, and the sediment was dissolved by hot hydrochloric acid, and each element was measured by ICP-OES. The accuracy was verified by standard material, satisfied results were achieved.
