持续闭式冲洗引流治疗脊柱内固定术后早期深部感染疗效分析

Effect of Continuous Closed Drainage on the Treatment of Early Deep Infection after Internal Fixation of Spine

目的探讨持续闭式冲洗引流在脊柱内固定术后切口深部早期感染治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析23例脊柱内固定术后切口早期深部感染患者经扩创、持续闭式冲洗引流加有效抗生素应用等措施的治疗效果。结果随访6~24个月,23例患者感染均得到控制,内固定均得以保留。结论持续闭式冲洗引流加有效抗生素应用是治疗脊柱内固定术后早期深部感染的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the treatment of deep wound infection after internal fixation of spinal column. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with deep infection after internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed. 23 patients with deep wound infection were treated with debridement,continuous closed drainage and effective antibiotic intravenous drip. Results 23 cases of deep infection of incision infection were controlled. There was no internal fixation needed to be removed. Conclusion The application of continuous closed drainage and effective antibiotics is an effective method for the treatment of early deep infection after internal fixation of spinal column.
