摘要
首先通过分析现有泡沫性能评价试验方法,确定气流法(Bikerman法)作为评价脱硫浆液发泡性能的方法。其次,结合湿法脱硫运行期间温度、强制氧化风量等基本条件对浆液起泡的影响,有针对性地对气流法原有发泡试验装置进行优化改进。最后,在改进后的试验装置上,采用气流法对电厂脱硫浆液实际发泡性能进行验证试验研究,取得良好的试验结果,为火电厂评估浆液起泡状况提供一种新的方法。
Firstly,by analyzing the existing test methods of foam performance evaluation in this paper, the Bikerman method is determined as a method to evaluate the foaming properties of slurry. Secondly,combined with the influence of the basic conditions such as temperature and forced air flow rate during the operation of wet desulfurization on the foaming of slurry, the optimization of the original foaming test device of airflow method is optimized. Finally, in the experiment of the improved device,using the Bikerman method of the verification test on the actual power plant des- ulfurization slurry foaming performance,good test results are achieved,which provide a new method for evaluation of foaming conditions in the power plant.
