摘要
为减缓热力系统的腐蚀与沉积,降低水汽系统中的含铁量,进一步优化水汽品质,某电厂660 MW超超临界机组进行了给水加氧处理试验。加氧转化完成后,给水含铁量降低至0.5μg/L以下,高压加热器疏水含铁量降低至0.32μg/L以下,炉前给水和高加疏水系统的流动加速腐蚀明显减缓;机组给水加氨量减少了85.6%,凝结水精处理运行周期延长至全挥发处理工况下的2.22倍,平均周期制水量由之前的7万吨提高到16.4万吨。
In order to reduce the iron content in the water vapor of the thermal system and further optimize the quality of water vapor,oxygenated treatment test has been carried out on 660 MW ultra supercritical unit of a power plant. After the completion of oxygenation,the iron content of feed water is reduced to below 0.5 μg/L,and the amount of hydrophobic iron in the high pressure heater is reduced to below 0.32 μg/L. The flow accelerated corrosion of the feedwater and high-pressure heater drainage systems is significantly slowed down ;The amount of ammonia water is re- duced by 85.6% ,the operation period of the precision treatment of condensed water treatment is 2.22 times of the total oxidation treatment. The average period of water production has increased from 70 000 t to 164 000 t. The oxygen conversion test was successfui.
