在线溶解氢仪表在潮州电厂发电机氢气系统泄漏监督的应用 被引量:7

摘要 水氢-氢冷却方法发电机线棒泄漏,泄漏的氢气进入发电机内冷水系统,如果漏点扩大发电机内冷水可能进入发电机线棒,造成发电机线棒磨损、氢气着火爆炸、甚至人员伤亡。目前电厂普遍采用通过发电机内冷水水箱上部氢气泄漏报警仪对发电机内漏入内冷水系统氢气进行监督,此种方法测定从发电机内冷水中逸出氢气在空气中的体积比,受系统干扰大、报警仪精度较低、误报率高、不能及时反映发电机线棒漏氢的情况。针对这个现状,提出了安装在线溶解氢仪表连续测定发电机内冷水中溶解氢,通过发电机内冷水中溶解氢含量来判定发电机线棒泄漏氢气的状况,这种方法可以及时准确判断氢气泄漏情况。主要分析了此方法在潮州电厂的实际应用效果。 Hydrogen leakage is one of the common breakdowns in water-hydrogen cooled generator. With the leakage expending,hydrogen will enter the inner cooling water system of the generator,and the cooling water can damage the generator bar resulting in hydrogen explosion and casualties. Nowadays, installing sirens on upper part of the genera- tor' s inner cooling water tank is commonly used in many power plants. However, many problems still exist. Such as large system interference,low accuracy,high false alarm rate and etc. Furthermore,it still can' t reflect the status of hydrogen leakage timely. Based on the problems described above, the method by using online monitoring instrument to detect the content of the dissolved hydrogen in generator inner cooling water in order to determine the situation of hy- drogen leakage of generator bar is proposed. Advantages are obvious, the most important is to reflect the status of hy- drogen leakage timely. This paper analyzes the application of online monitoring dissolved hydrogen instrument in Cha- ozhou Power Plant. Facts have proved that this online method can be applied in practice. At the same time,it provides a new direction for other power plants to monitor the leakage of hydrogen of generator bar.
