摘要
在煤矿独头巷道掘进过程中,当巷道掘进迎头与联络巷道间距离过大时,自然通风已经不能满足安全生产的需要,需要采取强制通风,巷道内通风过程中的流场分布极其重要,而计算机技术的发展也使通风流场分析成为可能。通过应用商用软件CFX求解三维N-S方程对独头巷道内的流场进行数值模拟,为掘进巷道通风参数的选择与优化提供参考。
With the development of computer technology, it is possible to simulate the flow field of mine fan. This paper uses the Turbo Grid to model the fan model, and the commercial software CFX adopts the R-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLE algorithm, which is widely used in the field of wind turbine and pump. And the unstructured grid, the three-dimensional NS equation is used to simulate the flow field of the mine fan, and the distribution characteristics of the flow field inside the fan are obtained, which can provide reference for the selection and optimization of the parameters of the mine fan.
