摘要
结合有限元的结构建模,对变速器壳体强度进行了分析,对网格的划分设计、单元内容的设置以及选材的设计、工况的定义设计、受力分析与工况明确等方面进行了有限元计算分析。研究发现:变速器轴承孔所产生的压力会直接造成变形,继而形成更为直观的反应,这样的反应会在齿轮啮合力中产生直接影响,也就会让壳体本身的受力分析与壳体的强度设计作出适当的调整;当汽车的1挡与倒挡处于静止状态下的扭工时,变速器的壳体强度会随之降低,而轴承孔附近会更为薄弱。
