煤矿综采液压支架操纵阀闭锁装置设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低液压支架操纵阀把手造成的安全隐患,对操纵阀闭锁装置的设计展开深入研究。依据现场调研的结果,设计一种推销式闭锁装置。由于该装置在整体性、操作简便性两个方面存在不足,对该装置进行了改进,设计了一种合页式闭锁装置。实践证明,合页式闭锁装置操作简单,实用性较强,有助于煤矿开采现场的精细化管理。 In order to reduce the security risks caused by the hydraulic support operating valve handle, an in-depth study on the design of the control valve locking device. On the basis of field investigation, design a marketing type locking device, the device as a whole, the two aspects of operation problems, the device was improved, a hinge type locking device design. Practice proves that the hinge type locking device has the advantages of simple operation, strong practicability, fine management is helpful for coal mining site.
