摘要
基于空压机余热回收供热系统的工作原理,以正令煤业公司空压机余热回收供热系统为例,介绍其设计方案。通过计算余热回收热量可知,现有空压机组正常开启单台或多台交替开启10 h即可产生约20 t 60℃的生活用水。系统具有简单可靠、安全维护少、全优设计、高效节能的优点,保证了压缩空气运行过程中的稳定性和可靠性。
Based on the working principle of air compressor waste heat recovery heating system, taking the air compressor waste heat recovery heating system of Zhengling Coal Industry Company as an example, introduces the design scheme. Through the calculation of waste heat recovery, the existing air compressor normal open single or multiple alternate open 10 hours can produce about 20 t 60 C life water. The system has simple and reliable safety,less maintenance, excellent design, high efficiency and saving energy, ensure the compressed air in the running process of stability and reliability.
