摘要
分析采煤机齿轮制造加工出现的误差原因,从加工工艺角度探讨如何减少误差的方法,包括改良齿坯端面和改进夹具设计,以期有效控制采煤机齿轮质量,减少误差,从而提高采煤机的质量和生产效率。
This paper analyzes the error in manufacturing of shearer gears, discusses how to reduce the error of the method from the process point of view, including the improvement of gear blank face and improve the fixture design, in order to effectively control the shearer gear quality, reduce the error, so as to improve the quality of the coal mining machine and production efficiency.
