摘要
基于薄煤层的特点和电牵引采煤机的发展历程,分析电牵引采煤机的主要构件和设计内容,并通过与同类型产品的对比分析,探讨电牵引采煤机的关键技术及其特点与发展趋势。最后以MG100/111-TD型链式电牵引薄煤层采煤机为例,进一步探讨将其改造为无链牵引采煤机的改进点。
The electrical characteristics and thin seam shearer development process based on the analysis of main components and design content of electric traction shearer, and through the analysis and comparison of the same type of product, discuss the key technology of electric traction shearer and its characteristics and development trend. At last MG100/111-TD chain electric traction shearer thin seam as an example explores the transformation for improved chain traction shearer.
