大采高工作面控制设备滑动工艺的研究与应用

摘要 综采工作面坡度较大的情况下,液压支架及刮板输送机随着回采推进,向下坡方向下滑,刮板输送机占据了滑出侧端头支护的空间也堵塞了安全出口,同时还增大了滑入侧切顶密柱的支护宽度,给采空区维护增加难度。利用伪斜开采的原理,采用调正两巷进度差,增加设备下滑阻力,同时采用单方向顶溜的方式可以有效地预防、控制、调整支架和刮板输送机的上窜下滑,大大节省了发生上窜下滑后人工扩帮增加安全出口和两巷端头维护的工作量,是大采高工作面控制设备上窜下滑的有效手段。 Under the large slope fully mechanized mining face, hydraulic support and scraper conveyor with mining,fell to downslope, scraper conveyor occupies a slide out side end support space is blocking the exit, and the slide into the side cutting top close column support width also increased, to increase the difficulty.
