This paper analyzes the fault belt conveyor deviation, puts forward to strengthen personnel management and operation, strengthen the system construction, strengthen the specific process and the conveyor belt itself quality management measures of adding anti deviation device to prevent the belt deviation, which hopes to provide reference for prevention of the occurrence rate of belt conveyor and reduce the fault.
