Based on full investigation of the economic development of mining industry and the demand of professional and technical personnel,this paper puts forward the three-in-one talent cultivation mode of″wide base,strong skills,high-quality″,explores talent cultivation cooperation programs between schools and enterprises,and orientation training schemes so as to cultivate professional talents that meet the social demand and contribute to the regional economic development.
