为了构建符合社会发展的新的《食品安全快速检测技术》课程教学体系,针对教学中存在的弊端,对该课程的课程定位、课程内容、教学设计,教学方法、社会服务等方面进行了有针对性的教学改革,并应用到教学实践中,取得了良好的教学效果.实践证明,改革后的教学体系对培养符合社会发展的具有高素质和过硬技能的食品安全快速检测技术人才具有重要的现实意义.

In order to construct the new rapid detection technology of food safety curriculum teaching system which could be compatible with the social development,the author has carried on the targeted teaching reform in the course of localization,the course content,teaching design,teaching methods,social services and so on,aiming at the disadvantages existing in teaching,and applied it to the teaching practice,which has obtained the good teaching effect.Practice has proved that the teaching system after the reform has important practical significance in cultivating the talents suitable to the development of the society with high quality and skills in rapidly detecting food safety.
