辽宁省高职院校健美操教学现状调查研究

Investigation and research on aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province

为了促进辽宁省高职院校健美操教学的良好开展,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法,对辽宁省高职院校开展健美操教学的现状进行调查.结果表明,随机抽取的院校中80%的学校开设了健美操课,但西部较少,存在任课教师年龄结构不合理、授课内容较为单一等问题,男女生对健美操的兴趣存在明显差异.对此,从加大宣传、加强对教师的培养、加大多媒体的应用等角度给出对策.

In order to promote the development of aerobics teaching in higher vocational collage in Liaoning Province,this paper investigates the current situation of aerobics teaching in higher vocational collage in Liaoning Province by the means of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The result showed that 80% of schools in the random sample of colleges open aerobics classes,but western schools offer less aerobics courses.There exist some problems such as the unreasonable age structure of teachers and the singleness of teaching content,and there are obvious differences between the male and female students′ interest in aerobics. Therefore, some countermeasures are put forward from the point of increasing publicity,strengthening the training of teachers and increasing the application of multimedia.
