高职院校教师队伍素质的高低直接决定了教学目标能否实现,从提升教师职业认同感、构建教师学养机制、科学设计教师培训内容、用科研提升教师职业化教学能力四个方面阐述如何进行高职体育教师队伍建设,旨在提高高职体育教师的素质,进而提高高职体育教学的质量.

Teachers′qualities in higher vocational colleges determine the teaching objectives directly.This paper expounds how to carry out the team construction of P.E.teachers in higher vocational colleges from four aspects：to promote the occupational identity of P.E.teachers,to construct the mechanism of learning and cultivation for P.E.teachers,to design teachers′training contents scientifically,and improve the teaching abilities of teachers through scientific researches,so as to improve the quality of P.E.teachers in higher vocational colleges,and improve the quality of physical education in higher vocational colleges accordingly.
